Each half hour lesson will be tailored specifically to your needs with a thorough warm up looking at the basics of singing technique including breath control, tone and pitch quality and an introduction to vocal anatomy. We begin to apply these techniques to either a song of your choice or a recommendation suitable for your age/ ability.

This 30-minute lesson offers a vocal and physical warm up looking at resonance, breath control, articulation and projection, posture and grounding. We will then work on a text supported by the LAMDA syllabus applying the techniques, breaking down the text and finding the character.

A 30 minute piano lesson with Tracey or Hugh - whether you're a beginner or continuing with your piano playing, whether for fun or for your profession, your lesson will be packed with technique, musicality and looking at different styles/ genres. If there's anything in particular you'd like to work on, speak with your teacher! They're happy to tailor the lesson to your needs. 

A 30 minute music theory class with Hugh or Tracey- Many will know that a pre-requisite for going beyond Grade 5 music grades with the highly esteemed ABRSM exam board is to gain your grade 5 music theory certificate. No mean feat and one many simply give up on which is a great shame as they then can't further their instrument grades. With Hugh or Tracey as your teachers, they'll guide you through the stages whether you're starting from grade 1 or fast-tracking to grade 5+, making classes fun and accessible for all. Theory doesn't have to be dull!

We will then work on material supported by the LAMDA syllabus applying the techniques; analysing and interpreting the text to present a truthful and engaging performance with a clearly defined character.
